 Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours post-cleaning to share your concerns or issues.
  2. For end of lease/ move-in cleaning, a 72-hour window is available to report concerns.
  3. We’ll arrange a complimentary re-clean on the next available business day, where our team will revisit your property to focus on your areas of concern.



This depends on the size of your home, its current state and the type of cleaning service being conducted. Any extras you choose also contribute to this time. However, as a general guideline, take the number of bedrooms you have in your home and convert it into hours. For example, a home with 3 bedrooms would typically take around 3 hours to clean.


Yes, we offer discounts for customers who schedule recurring cleaning services. Please contact us for more information about our pricing and discounts.


Absolutely. Our cleaners come fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring a thorough and efficient cleaning of your home. Should you wish for our cleaners to use your own equipment or products, simply contact us at info@hicleanhunter.com.au


 Our standard consists of a two-person cleaning team, with the possibility of an additional team member joining as required. However, for smaller tasks such as Studio, 1BR, 2BR, or touch-up jobs, one person may be assigned. 


Yes, all of our cleaners undergo a thorough background check before they're hired. We only hire trustworthy and reliable professionals to ensure the safety of our customers and their homes.


Yes, General and Product Liability Insurance (also known as Public Liability Insurance) can help protect our business if someone makes a claim against our business for personal injury, property damage or advertising injury and we are found liable for it. This cover also includes claims related to products that our business supplies, manufactures or distributes.


Nope! It’s your choice to stay around or go out and take advantage of your free time. Just leave us a key or provide us instructions on how we can access your home and we’ll take it from there. We’re here to make your life easier! 


For cancellations, please provide us with a 24-hour notice to avoid a late cancellation fee. Our cleaning teams’ schedules are meticulously planned, and cancellations within 24 hours of service result in lost work opportunities for them.

In the event of a cancellation at the door without prior notice, a full-price cancellation fee will be applied.

  • Free Cancellations are available if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
     
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge.
     
  • You can reschedule your booking once for free with 24+ hours' notice. Reschedules made with less notice may incur a fee.
